Learn to Row and Paddle

Try Rowing and Paddling for FREE!

If you want to learn how to sweep or scull or dragon boat, or even just know what the difference is, we offer a free opportunity to try both! Three Rivers Rowing Association invites you to try rowing in our indoor tanks and on the ergometer (rowing machine) and paddling in a dragon boat. This is the perfect way to see if rowing or paddling is right for you.

Our Learn to Row and Paddle days take place at our Lambert Boathouse on Washington’s Landing or the Millvale Training Facility, depending on the month. If you cannot participate for any reason, give us a call; we are always happy to show off our boathouses and equipment.

All this for FREE. If you need more information just contact TRRA.

What to wear: Wear comfortable clothing – sweatpants or shorts/spandex, t-shirt or sweatshirt,      and sneakers.
