During our pause, the Three Rivers Staff will be rolling out a series of live webinars and group workouts. Group workouts will be led by instructors, will focus on core, flexibility, weight training, erging and erg technique, and other home fitness opportunities. Webinars, or Channel Chats, will cover a wide variety of rowing topics including technique, rigging, mental training, and other learning opportunities.

TRRA TV is open to all members. Some of our presentations will be recorded and archived at the bottom of this page. New content is being added often, so please check back on a regular basis!
