Groupon purchasers need to register here.

TRRA will once again be offering our Winter Rowing League (WRL) to tide you over until the next water season! Get introduced to the sport of rowing or maintain your summer level of fitness by participating in one or all of our four, 6-week sessions ranging in skill from total beginner to experienced oarsman.

Classes throughout the week will be broken into two skill levels:

Level 1 – Designed for all newcomers to rowing looking to get involved with the sport, but either still want to learn what it’s all about, or are looking for a place to start. Practices will emphasize proper technique, rowing together, and proper instruction and use of common rowing commands. Level 1 is offered on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 7-8:30PM during Session 1 and on Monday and Tuesday nights from 7:00-8:30PM during sessions 2-4.

Level 2 – Perfect for those who already know the basics! Whether you’ve taken one indoor class or been on the water for years, this class will serve you well. You will not only get technical instruction, but you’ll get some great workouts! Prerequisite – Any prior rowing experience or class required. Level 2 is offered on Thursday nights from 7:00-8:30PM during Session 1 and on Wednesday and Thursday nights from 7:00-8:30PM during Sessions 2-4.

This season we are happy to introduce the Winter Racing Series to WRL. Each Session will culminate in a recreation of famous races from around the world!
