Three Rivers Rowing offers yoga classes throughout the week for both members and non-members. Registration prior to the class is required.


Yoga for Rowers

Thursdays: 6:15am-7:15am In the Millvale Training Center Erg Room (2nd floor)

Class Description:

Yoga for Rowers is similar to a basic yoga class with special emphasis placed on movements and poses that improve the flexibility, stability and strength critical to success in rowing. All levels of skill and ability are welcome to participate.

$10 per class



At this time we are unable to provide any equipment for this class including mats or blocks. Participants are encouraged to bring mats or blocks if they desire. We hope to remedy this soon!


Meet Ida Ivehag!

Ida Ivehag has been practicing Yoga in its’ various forms for many years in order to repair her body after a career of competitive dancing. In 2015 she completed her teacher training in Vinyasa Power Yoga and has been teaching throughout Pittsburgh ever since. Ida hopes to bring students at TRRA a safe environment to explore, hear, and reconnect with themselves by fully coming into their bodies, no matter their age, ability or level of mobility.
