It’s that time of the week! This Staff Saturdays feature is Lindsay Krawczyk, Assistant Women’s Youth Coach.
How did you get into rowing and what is your background in the sport?
“I got into rowing because my sister joined our high school team first! I ended up rowing for four years at East Tennessee Rowing before getting recruited to row at West Virginia University. This is now my second year of coaching for TRYR”
What brings you to Three Rivers?
“After my senior season in college ended due to covid, I realized how much I missed the sport. I wanted to share my love of the sport with others.”
What is your favorite part of the club?
“Making memories with these kids. They are by far some of the kindest and funniest people I have met in my life. Coming in to coach is one of my favorite parts of my day.”
What's your favorite sports team?
“Pittsburgh Penguins!!”
